Ordering Information

Subject to stock availability all orders received before 3PM (Mon - Fri) will be sent the same day. Once payment has been received you will be sent a confirmation email for your records.

Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery within the UK and via recorded airmail for orders to Europe and the USA.

If you wish to order from a county not covered above please email us.

All payment is handled via a Paypal payment gateway, Paypal are global leaders in online transactions and pride themselves on their security systems so you can be confiedent that all your details will be safe and secure.

Terms and Conditions

Making a purchase

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use details for the purposes of supplying them, including passing your details on to couriers. You may receive special offers and promotional mail from us only; your information will not be passed to any other third parties.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately.
Our website is regularly updated, but if the price has changed after you have placed your order, we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.

 

Delivery

We aim to deliver goods (In stock) to you within 3 working days (UK). We cannot give an exact delivery time. This is subject to you placing the order before 3pm (Monday to Friday) if you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation of Order

As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your order and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel within seven working days starting on the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost or ask us to arrange collection. We advise you that the goods are insured during any return journey that you organise.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs incurred sending/collecting the goods. (Please see returns policy below)
Please remember that once you have notified us of your wish to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods.
What is the slipstream-rc.co.uk Return Policy?
You may return an item purchased from slipstream-rc.co.uk back to our warehouse. We accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 working days starting with the day after the delivery date, accompanied by the delivery note.
All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.
Opened packages may only be exchanged for an identical product, if faulty.
Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.

Refunds

If you choose to send the item back to our warehouse, your refund may take up to 28 business days from the time we receive your item. The refund will be applied to the paypal account that was used to purchase the item.
What is refunded when I return an item?
When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned.
If you are returning goods as not suitable we have a restocking fee of 20%, this is to recover our credit card charges. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will also deduct shipping cost from the goods returned.

Once your goods have been received at our warehouse they will be booked in and a refund or exchange will be processed.
Packing and sending your return, How do I send back my return?
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:
Send the product in its original packaging.
Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
Include a copy of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, order number.
You must return the goods to us at your cost. We advise you the goods are insured during any return journey that you organise. We will refund any postage cost for damaged/defective Please call us before you return any goods.
Returning a damaged/defective item, I received an item that doesn't work, how do I return it?
To return a damaged or defective item Please include a brief description of the fault. Please return your goods with a copy of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, order number. Undeliverable packages

What happens if we receive an item back because it is undeliverable?
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately we have to recharge you the shipping fee, as we get charged for returned parcels.
